Spanish League giants Real Madrid have reportedly agreed a deal to sign Chelsea midfielder N'Golo Kante in the January transfer window.

Los Blancos were linked with a move to sign Paul Pogba this summer but his Premier League club Manchester United refused to allow him leave.

Meanwhile, Spanish outlet Defensa Central claims Chelsea frowned at Kante leaving the club during the summer window owing to their inability to sign players.

Reports claim that Madrid were able to agree a deal with the EPL club for the transfer of the player due to their good behaviour during negotiations.

According to the publications, it is not like Kante's move to the Bernabeu is sure, it only means that the Stamford Bridge side agreed to notify them if they want to sell the midfielder.
