Many people hope they can have a wonderful memory so as to save them the stress of trying to remember simple things such as why they entered the kitchen or the password for their social media accounts.
Well, Legit.ng has gathered the report of a 34-year-old Japanese man, Yusuke Taniguchi, who likely have a photographic memory. It was reported tha he was arrested after he successfully memorised the credit card details of over 1300 customers at the store where he works.
According to reports from Japan Today, Yusuke worked as a cashier at a mall in the country and he memorised customers’ credit card details, including their 16-digit number, expiry date, name and security code.
Yusuke was reportedly able to memorise these details in the duration of time it takes to process a customer’s order, then he noted them down in a book for future use.
The 34-year-old was eventually caught after he purchased expensive bags worth about $2500 and he had them delivered to his home address. The police were able to know where he lives as a result and arrested him.
According to the Police as reported that Japan Today, Yusuke revealed that he often times sold the items he was able to buy at a pawn shop and used the proceeds to fund his living expenses.
In other news, Legit.ng reported that a honest National Youth Service Corps member, Noble Chidera Akanwa, found a phone worth about N500k on the road in Delta state and he returned it.
It was gathered that the corps member will be rewarded with a one-month allowance bonus by the National Youth Service Corps.
