- Mohamed Salah could leave Liverpool according to Gary Neville next summer
- The Egyptian forward joined the Reds from AS Roma in a €42 million
- Salah set new Premier League goal record in his first year at the club scoring 32 goals
Manchester United legend Gary Neville believes Mohamed Salah will leave Liverpool at the end of this season.
The Egyptian forward joined the Reds in six year deal worth €42 million from Serie A side AS Roma in 2017.
He however hit the ground running in his first season at Anfield - scoring 32 goals in the Premier League and winning his first golden boot title.
So far, the attacker has bagged 72 goals and assisted 30 others in a total of 102 appearances for the Reds since he joined them two years back.
And the 44-year-old while speaking on Sky Bet's Big Debate with Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher said: "Salah’s going to leave in the next 12 months, I can see it already.
"He [Carragher] knows, he won’t say it. I can see it, you can feel it, you can smell it, you know when a player’s like…"

The Egyptian forward has been previously linked with a move to Real Madrid but the former Valencia boss believes the club did not make an official bid for him.
Neville further stated that he will cost about three times more that Liverpool paid for him when they signed him from Roma.
The English man also believes that Manchester United will win the Premier League title before Liverpool would despite the quality of the Reds team.
He added: "I can guarantee you as clear as day, Manchester United will win again. They’ll probably win the league before Liverpool, in my opinion. "And that’s not being disrespectful, they’ll probably win the league before Liverpool."
If Salah moves to Spain, he would not be the first to do so after the likes of Luis Suarez, Xabi Alonso and Javier Mascherano have all succeeded in their move to the league.
Legit.ng earlier reported that Liverpool are the champions of the UEFA Super Cup following their 5-4 victory over Chelsea at the Vodafone Arena in Istanbul.
Both Premier League sides failed to outscore each other having played 2-2 draw and settled the game via penalties.
Tammy Abraham who helped them equalise after Sadio Mane's goal was the culprit who failed to convert the last kick for the Blues after Klopp's men had gone ahead to score all five kicks.
