A popular Nigerian video director recently used his social media platform to bare his mind on the issue of corruption.
The individual identified as Buari Olalekan Oluwasegun who is popularly known as Unlimited LA, shared a post on the Instastory channel of his official social media page.
According to him, when people start to get favors from a corrupt system, they make a detour and start to refer to the vice as being well-connected, instead of coming clean and naming it for what it is.
He said: "When corruption starts favoring you, you call it connection."

Corruption across board is no doubt one of the major issues that continue to hinder development in the country. Hopefully, with more public figures following suit and using their platforms to speak against the vice, it would finally be a thing of the past in Nigeria.
Meanwhile, in a related corruption story, Legit.ng previously gathered that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) condemned the growing rate of corruption in Nigeria.
Ibrahim Magu, the acting chairman of the EFCC said corruption has been the major contributing factor to the insecurity witnessed across the country. Speaking on a private radio programme in Ibadan, Oyo state on Tuesday, July 30, Magu called for a concerted effort against corruption to ensure a peaceful country.
