- Reverend Father Ejike Mbaka, the founder of Adoration Ministry, has denied making any prophesy for October 1
- Mbaka said that the claim was fabricated by his enemies who are only out to tarnish his reputation
- The cleric also said that people are attracting the anger of God on themselves by spreading fake news
Reverend Father Ejike Mbaka, the founder of Adoration Ministry, Enugu, has denied a viral report which claimed that he prophesied doom to take place in Aso Rock on Tuesday, October 1.
Mbaka said that the said prophesy is not from him, but fabricated by those he describes as his enemies, adding that people are just attracting God's wrath on themselves by spreading fake news.
The cleric said: “That is not from me. I have not told anyone at any time or place that I will resign from priesthood by October 1.
"That report is the handiwork of my demonic enemies. I don’t hold Adoration Ministry on Thursdays, as the story claims and I never at any time told anyone that heavy rain will fall upon Aso Rock and that God is angry with President Muhammadu Buhari.
“The spreading media report is a wicked character assassination from the accursed demonic agents of darkness. I never prophesied anything about October I or against Mr. President. Why are people attracting curses and God’s vengeance upon themselves?”
Meanwhile, Legit.ng reported that President Buhari met Mbaka, on Monday, January 28, held a meeting at the presidential villa Abuja.
Mbaka arrived the forecourt of the president’s office at about 12 noon. Reverend father recently asked Nigerians to support the president in order to continue the war against corruption.
Mbaka made the call in his New Year prophetic message for 2019. The priest said a president fighting corruption deserves the people’s support.
