David Luiz is happy he will not have to face two Arsenal players after sealing his transfer deadline day switch from Chelsea .
The 32-year-old forced a move out of Stamford Bridge to join rivals Arsenal in a dramatic £8million deadline day move.
And the Brazil center-back is happy he will not have to come face-to-face with his new team-mates Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang or Alexandre Lacazette in the Premier League this season.
When asked which Gunners players had given him nightmares during his two spells at Chelsea, the Brazilian said: "It has to be the strikers!
"It was always this openings I had to try to stop. I’m happy now that I can have Lacazette and Aubameyang on my side, so it’s much easier now!"
Luiz finally joined Arsenal on a dramatic transfer deadline day drama which also saw the Gunners sign Kieran Tierney from Celtic for a Scottish record a £25m.
The defender also revealed that Arsenal boss Unai Emery played a big part in his decision to move to the Emirates, and believes he can play a part in helping the club win trophies this season.

"I know him, I know some people from the club. I know Edu, I know Raul, I know the quality of the team, the players, and that’s what makes me excited to dream, to have the ambition to win big things.
"I think all my life, I’ve always started the season with the goal to win things. It’s not going to be different here - I’m going to come with this mentality because this is what made me move here.
"This is what makes me feel good every single day. I have to run for one reason, for one goal, and my goal is to win things with Arsenal," said Luiz.
Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that David Luiz has sealed a sensational move to Arsenal from rivals London rivals Chelsea on transfer deadline day.
The Brazilian, who will join new signing Kieran Tierney, is expected to bolster Arsenal's porous defence ahead of the new season.
