Laolu Senbanjo is a Nigerian body artist who has done so many works that speak for themselves. He has painted people like Beyonce for her album, Lemonade.

His latest work is with the American tennis super star, Serena Williams, on the cover of the September issue of Essence.

In the magazine’s cover, the tennis player rocks the daring body art of the Nigerian visual artist in a way that gives her a daring look.

Senbajo, on his Instagram page, expressed how excited and glad he is to work with Williams, saying he never thought he would ever work with such amazing personality.

He said he used the body art to capture the athlete's essence and greatness with his unique print. He added that the experience is still quite surreal. According to him, every element in the artwork is a reflection of who she is.

“Growing up in Nigeria, it was far-reaching to think that I could ever work with such an amazing person; one of my sheroes. For those who think their dreams are unreachable, I hope this serves as validation that they’re not. Thank you Essence for the opportunity,” he added.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng earlier reported about one Bisi Ezerioha, also known as Ndubisi Ezerioha, who is a Nigerian-American engineer and professional race car driver, entrepreneur and engine builder.

Ezerioha got admission into the university at the young age if 15 where he was a pharmac*utical researcher for years before he decided to branch off into the engineering field.
