Naira Marley: Singer recreates viral EFCC arrest photo with Zlatan Ibile, three others

Several weeks after singer Azeez Fashola aka Naira Marley’s ordeal with the Economic Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), the music act has now taken the courage to revisit his ugly past.

Recall that the Am I A Yahoo Boy crooner was picked up by the anti-graft agency alongside colleague Zlatan Ibile, and three other members of their crew, on the basis of advanced fee fraud.

Following their arrest, a group mugshot of all five individuals at the EFCC premises had gone viral in the online community, with several media outlets slapping it across their websites.

Naira Marley in his trending music single Soapy, which was released after his jail experience, had given a lyrical recount of his experiences while he was he was in custody and it appears he may he gearing up for a music video that would reinforce the message in the song.

The controversial singer shared a photo on his verified Instagram in which he was spotted with his friend Zlatan, as they all recreated the poses from their viral EFCC photo.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng previously gathered that the singer after his release from prison, vowed to help some of the other prisoners after hearing their stories. He explained that he met a guy who has been in prison for nine years but never been to court. He added that another guy was in prison because he was dating the daughter of a rich woman.
