Kylian Mbappe set earn £860k-per-week in new deal with PSG

- PSG are reportedly offering the 20-year-old a staggering £860k-a-week new contract

- But Manchester City are also interested in signing the France international this summer

Kylian Mbappe has been offered a massive contract by Paris Saint-Germain in an attempt to block Man City with a £860,000-a-week new deal.

But the new contract depends on Barcelona buying back wantaway Neymar from the French champions.

According to French media outlet El Pais, City have been trying to lure the 20-year-old striker to the Etihad with boss Pep Guardiola in regular contact with him in past few years.

PSG are desperate to hang on to the France international as they plan to make him the highest paid player in the world.

It is understood that the Parc Des Prince outfit are putting together a £45million annual salary, that would see him earn around £860k per week.

But that would only be made possible if PSG shift £27m Neymar currently earns off their pay roll

But Guardiola is not giving up on the World Cup winner, despite still under contract till 2022 as City are looking for a long-term replacement for their all-time top goalscorer Sergio Aguero.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that Paris Saint-Germian pre-season friendly in China ended in a 6-5 penalty loss against Antonio Conte's Inter Milan.

The match ended in a 1-1 draw during regulation time as the match headed straight into penalties to decide the winner.
