In June, a piece of joyful news claiming that gospel singer, Yinka Ayefele and his wife Temitope, welcomed a set of triplet babies circulated on social media.
However, the singer had denied the news, asking his fans to ignore the news about triplets. Legit.ng reported that the musician dispelled the news on his Instagram page, claiming that the photo that began the rumour was taken years ago.
Ayefele has finally confirmed that his wife truly delivered a set of triplet babies in the United States. The singer revealed that his wife gave birth to two boys and a girl in Maryland.

The star musician reportedly broke the news on Tuesday, July 16, during his live radio program in Ibadan, Oyo state. He disclosed the news during the program with co-anchor, Enitan Olusegun Bamidele.

According to Nigerian Tribune, Ayefele's media aide, David Ajiboye, also confirmed the news to Tribune Online.
Ajiboye claimed that the musician earlier denied the delivery of the triplets because he doubted the credibility of the source who contacted him to confirm the information.

Ayefele and Temitope tied the knot 19 years ago, but he sustained a spinal cord injury in a car crash three years after saying I Do in 2000.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that the singer Timi Dakolo took to Instagram to celebrate his daughter on her birthday. The little girl, Hallel, clocked 7 years old on Sunday, July 14 and her father showered her with praises and prayers on Instagram.
