La Liga champions Barcelona have signed French forward Antoine Griezmann from rivals Atletico Madrid after meeting his €120m (£107m) buyout clause.
According to BBC report, the 28-year-old World Cup winner, penned a five-year deal that will keep him at Camp Nou to the summer of 2024.
The Frenchman moved to Atletico from Real Sociedad in 2014 and netted 133 times in 256 games.
In June 2018, he signed a new five-year deal, but revealed last May he will be quitting the club this summer.
Meanwhile, Legit.ng reported that Spanish champions Barcelona reportedly agreed deal with Kashima Antlers to sign 20-year-old Japanese striker Hiroki Abe this summer.
In fact, Hiroki Abe is said to be on his way to the Nou Camp where he will have his medicals before being announced officially as a Barcelona player.
But he will have to start his career at Barcelona with the Catalans' second team, and if he impresses his coaches, then he gets a chance to move to the main team.
Financial details of the transfer deal were not released but earlier reports said Barcelona would pay around 2 million euros for Abe.
Barcelona have already had a busy summer signing Frenkie de Jong from Ajax, Neto from Valencia and Emerson from Atlético Mineiro for a combined 113 million euros.
