Body of Nigerian man found inside car boot in Cyprus

- A Nigerian identified as Obasanjo Adeola Owoyale has been found dead in Cyprus

- The deceased who went missing on July 1 was found dead in a car boot

- Owoyale was believed to have been killed elsewhere but brought to the location where he was found

The body of a Nigerian, Obasanjo Adeola Owoyale, who went missing on July 1 has been found in a car boot in north Nicosia, Cyprus.

According to KNews, the car was parked near a school while the body was discovered at about 1pm by police officers who went in the area to check after being notified that a very foul smell was coming out of the car.

The report also stated that the deceased is believed to have been killed elsewhere, then wrapped in a blanket and placed in the trunk of the vehicle.

However, police are said to be examining security camera footage in the area to see whether a suspect who left the car might have been captured on video.

Meanwhile, had reported that a Nigerian, Ali Abubakar who was a principal of the Cambridge language school in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan, died of injuries after he was beaten by a local in the country on Tuesday, July 2.
