Eden Hazard 'mocked' by Real Madrid fans barely 1 month after joining them

- Eden Hazard has been mocked by Real Madrid fans for adding weight on arrival for duties

- The Belgian made a switch to Los Blancos this month in a deal valued around €100m

- Hazard spent over seven years at Chelsea before eventually parting ways with the EPL side this summer

Real Madrid summer signing Eden Hazard is already feeling the heat at his new club barely 1 month after joining them from Chelsea.

The Belgian ended his over seven year reign at Stamford Bridge in favour of Los Blancos this summer in a deal valued at €100 million.

However, the two-time Europa League winner has been slammed by the club's supporters for gaining weight over the last few days.

Some of the clubs fans however took to social media to express their displeasure towards the attacker - labeling him 'fat' Hazard ahead of the new season.

One said "We really paid €100 mill for a fat hazard", while another said: "Is it me or did Madrid sign a fat Hazard?"

The supporters were angry with the star having shown up in for duty in a not-too-perfect condition.

And their annoyance has been aggravated by a Photoshop showing the Belgian's head on top of Karim Benzema’s body.

Another said: "Ffs how does Hazard even do to become so fat in just 1 month??? That’s beyond human capabilities.”

Another noted: “It actually bothers me how fat Hazard is yet he’s still a top 5 player. Imagine if he slimmed down and gained more lean muscle mass.”

One added: “Typical Eden returning with that fat off season belly.”

Meanwhile, SunSport reports that this is not the first time the forward has come under criticisms for gaining unnecessary weight.

With Gonzalo Higuain and David Luiz said to have made fun of the player's tummy after the 4-1 Europa League final victory over Arsenal in May.

Legit.ng earlier reported that Real Madrid attacker has been offered a whopping £1.2 million-a-week deal from top Chinese Super League outfit.

The Welshman, who turns 30 later this month currently earns about £600,000-a-week at the Spanish League side.

Though, the former Tottenham star has three more years on his current deal with Los Blancos, their current manager has told him to find another club this summer.
