On Facekook, out of over 1,000 people who responded to the poll, 68% believe that the permanent solution is that Nigerians should obey the law in their residing country, while 32% of the respondents think coming back home is the total fix to the issue.

On Twitter, 52% voted for obeying the law as a solution, while 34% see coming back to Nigeria as the only solution.

Unlike Facebook, poll on the micro-messaging platform gave more options where people were asked to show indifference to the whole issue or choose staying back in Ghana (no matter what happens) as a solution.
