The Super Eagles camp is bubbling ahead of their top of the table clash on Sunday, June 30, against Madagascar.

This follows report that there was a big celebration for handler of the team, coach Gernot Rohr and defender Leon Balogun who had their birthdays on Friday, June 28.

Rohr, who also celebrated last year by staff at the Essentuki Team Base Camp in Russia after Nigeria's exit at the World Cup, got a special cake from the Super Eagles team and likewise did Balogun get his.

At the team's base in Alexandria, Super Eagles players and backroom staff gathered to celebrate the duo as they sang and watched them cut their cakes.

The atmosphere in camp is looking good for Nigeria who tackle Madagascar tomorrow to decide who finishes top of Group B at AFCON 2019.

Madagascar after their 1-0 victory against Burundi, moved to second in group B with four points, two points behind Nigeria.

Earlier, Legit.ng reported that Super Eagles of Nigeria have qualified for the next round at the 2019 Nations Cup going on in Egypt after beating Guinea 1-0 on Wednesday evening, June 26, with a game to spare.

Nigeria started their campaign also with a 1-0 win over Burundi in their first game with Ighalo scoring the goal while Kenneth Omeruo netted the goal against Guinea.
