- Romelu Lukaku could be on his way out of Old Trafford this summer
- The Belgian is said to have agreed terms with Serie A giants Inter Milan
- Lukaku scored 12 goals in 32 Premier League matches last campaign
Manchester United striker Romelu Lukaku has reportedly agreed a £75 million deal to join Inter Milan this summer.
The Belgian forward is one of the most criticized Red Devils star in the out gone season, despite scoring 12 goals in 32 Premier League matches.
He moved to Old Trafford in a five year deal worth €85 million from Everton under former boss Jose Mourinho. However, he has not been spectacular for the club fans.
Lukaku's current deal with the club expires in the summer of 2022, but Ed Woodward is hoping to cash in on the forward this summer.
His two goals inspired Man United to a dramatic comeback against Paris Saint Germain in February, but he went virtually absent in the remaining games for the Red Devils.
SunSport quoting Gazzetta Dello Sport report that Lukaku has agreed personal terms with the San Siro club, having being told he could leave in showdown talks in late May.
At the moment, the Belgian earns £225,000-a-week - £11.7 million a season and the club are hoping they can cut their expenses on the forward for reinforcements.
Lukaku said: "Good that Conte went to Inter, for me, he is the best coach in the world.
"As for my future, I have already made a decision that I still cannot communicate publicly out of respect for Manchester United, with whom I have a contract.
"I am a big Serie A fan, those close to me know that I have always wanted to play in the English league and the Italian one, I love Italy.
"The club and my agent will talk about it but I have already made my decision."
Legit.ng earlier reported that Manchester United could lose Romelu Lukaku to Inter Milan this summer after the star forward dropped a huge hint on his imminent departure.
The Belgian forward is a transfer target for Antonio Conte at Inter and the Belgian has hinted a possible move could be on the cards.
Speaking after his brace for Belgium against Scotland in the Euro 2020 qualifiers, the former Everton striker was full of praise for the Italian tactician.
