Igbokwe in his claim said that under the Lagos Educational Policy within the period he claimed he attended school at 5th Avenue Primary School Lagos there was no way one could be admitted into Primary One at the age of 14 or finished at the age of almost 20-years.
Hon Igbokwe also exhibited another document (Police Statement ) where Chinedu claimed he started his Primary school education in 1974 at the Community School Oboama but dropped in Primay 3 in 1977.
He said that the documents presented shows that Chinedu only proceeded in 1981 to Lagos to start Primary 3.
Hon Igbokwe deposited that from the above that Chinedu has contradicted himself and put to question the authenticity of the Primary school certificate as there is no way he could be dropping out in primary 3 at the age of 12-years and also completing Primary his Primary 6 in Lagos at the age of 12-years.
It will be recalled in a letter issued by the Lagos state ministry of education, the state said there was no Emeka Chinedu Martin's on their record.

Further on the premise, Hon Igbokwe in his claim alleged that Emeka Chinedu Martin's and Emeka Chinedu are two different persons.
Igbokwe in his petition said: "There is no way same person will be dropping in 1977 in Primary 3 at the age of 12years in Imo State and the same time be finishing Pry 6 at the of 12-years in Lagos."
