Premier League giants Manchester United are reportedly interested in signing Atletico Madrid striker Antoine Griezmann this summer and they are ready to hijack his move to Barcelona.

Atletico Madrid CEO Gil Marin recently confirmed that Antoine Griezmann will be making a move to join Spanish champions Barcelona.

And according to the latest report on UK Sun, Manchester United are ready to offer Atletico Madrid massive sum of £95 million, to lure Griezmann to Old Trafford.

Manchester United are planning to sign Griezmann as a replacement for Belgian star Romelu Lukaku who has been linked with a move to Juventus.

But they may likely not get the signature of Antoine Griezmann this summer due to their failure to qualify for next season's Champions League.

Last season, Manchester United failed to win a title and also failed to finish among the top four teams in the Premier League.

Manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is now planning to bolster his squad for next season so as to fight for titles.

United recently signed winger Daniel James from Swansea City.

The Old Trafford landlords confirmed on social media that Daniel James has signed a five-year contract with an option to extend his stay.

In February 2018, Daniel James made his professional debut for Swansea City and his senior Wales debut later in November.
