Lady killed by husband weeks after giving relationship advise online

A 38-year-old mother of two identified as Tynell Lindsey was recently killed by her husband in what appeared to be a case of domestic violence.

According to reports, 36-year-old Jason Lindsey had reportedly strangled and stabbed her to death after she confronted him over prophylactics she found on him, accusing him of cheating.

When police arrived on the scene after a 911 call was placed by her eight-year-old son, they found Lindsey with blood on his clothing, and the child’s mother, unresponsive on the floor of a closet.

A friend of Jason's, Michael O'Donnell, had this to say about him: "I can't tell you how many times I've told him on separate occasions that there relationship should not be. That's a toxic relationship when you are slicing and cutting each other, trying to kill each other. That's just ridiculous."

An arrest affidavit said Jason Lindsey told investigators that he had been married to Tynell Lindsey for six years and that she began physically abusing him three years ago.He told detectives that she accused him of cheating, started scratching his face and lunged at him with a knife before he began stabbing and strangling her, the affidavit said.

Her death however, comes a few weeks after she took to the Facebook platform to share some marital advise about making it work with in one's marriage.

Sharing a cute family photo, she wrote: "One of the hardest decisions you’ll ever face in life is choosing whether to walk away or try harder. A person that truly loves you will never let you go, no matter how hard the situation is. Remember couples that are meant to be, are the ones who go through everything that is meant to tear them apart, and come out even stronger. ❤️"

Lindsey was arrested on charges of second-degree murder. He is being held without bail at the Orange County Jail.
