Lady bags 3 degrees in America after her professor in Nigeria called her dull

Education in Nigeria has been described as many things by several people. Some people even say only the fittest can survive in the system.

Well, a young lady has shared her inspirational story on social media after she was written off by her lecturer in Nigeria for failing a Yoruba test.

According to Kaffy, she was studying Mass Communication at the Lagos State University (LASU) when she got the opportunity to travel to the United State of America (USA) while in 100 level.

Kaffy added that she had to change her line of study to the medical field after listening to people’s advice and she made sacrifices for it by starting over.

The young lady bagged her first degree in 2011, her second in 2016 and her Master’s degree in 2017. She added that she graduated with distinction in all her courses and was the only student to have a 4.0 CGPA in her set during the time.

Looking at all her achievements, Kaffy recounted how one of her professors in Nigeria had called her dull for failing a Yoruba test as he told her he did not see her going far.

Obviously impressed to have proved him wrong, Kaffy took to social media to celebrate her achievements. See her post below:

Meanwhile, earlier reported that a man named Chukwueke Chijioke on Twitter had expressed his excitement at the most recent achievement of his wife. She had become the first Nigerian to bag a PhD degree in Pharmacognosy at the University of Helsinki, Finland.

The excited Chijioke shared this news of her academic success on his Twitter page. He praised her and shared a photo of the young lady being honoured by those at the university.
