- Paul Pogba reveals his admiration for Man United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer
- The Frenchman has been linked with a move to Real Madrid in recent weeks
- Pogba has two years left in his contract at Old Trafford since his move in 2016
Paul Pogba has raised hopes of Man United fans by revealing his relationship status with boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
The attacking midfielder has become a summer target for Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane.
But while the France international has revealed he had posters of his countryman Zidane as a kid, he admits he loves working with “nice guy” Solskjaer.
The 26-year-old's form instantly improved after Solskjaer took over from sacked manager Jose Mourinho last December and restored him to the side.
And even though Pogba’s performances dwindled towards the end of the season, he is full of admiration for Solskjaer who was also his reserve team boss during their respective first spells at Old Trafford.

Pogba said: “He is just a happy person. He just smiles every time and he brings smiles to people.
“I had the chance to be with him a few times in the reserves.
“So I have known him for a long time and have a very good relationship with him.
“Even once when I was at Juventus, we saw each other.
“He is a very nice guy, a very good person.
“He has been very nice with the players and very close to the players.
“The first thing he said when he came in was, ‘Enjoy playing football’.
“That is the only thing he said to us and that’s what we did and what we do.
“The last months were not the best and when you don’t win games, you don’t enjoy. It was tough.
“But we had injured players as well and I think that had an impact on results.
"We are still learning, still growing and trying to come back to the top
“We want to play in the Champions League, win the Premier League - that is the goal of the club.
“So that’s what we try to do and that’s why Ole came back.”
Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that Man United have listed two potential replacements for Paul Pogba as they are beginning to believe the Frenchman could leave for Real Madrid in the summer.
United’s executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward has insisted that he will reject any bid for the Frenchman who has just two years left in his current contract.
