Recruitment: Nigerian Navy warns against fraudsters, says no list yet

- The Nigerian Navy on Monday, June 10, made some clarifications on the rumoured release of list of successful candidate in its recruitment exercise

- The force, through its spokeman, Commodore Suleman Dahun, announced in Abuja that the said list is not yet out

- The Navy therefore warned Nigerians to beware of fraudsters that might try to swindle them with some fake lists

The Nigerian Navy (NN) says the service has not released list of successful candidates in its 2019 recruitment exercise.

Commodore Suleman Dahun, Navy spokesman, made this known in a statement on Monday, June 10, in Abuja, the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports.

He advised the public to steer clear of an online fake list of successful candidates in its 2019 recruitment Aptitude Test.

"The Nigerian navy wishes to alert members of the public of the existence of an online fake list of successful candidates in its 2019 Recruitment Exercise Aptitude Test.

‘’For the avoidance of doubt, the Nigerian navy has not released the list of successful candidates in the 2019 recruitment exercise. Therefore, members of the public are advised to steer clear of these fraudulent sites.

"Furthermore, the list of successful candidates will be conveyed to the public in the mass media,’’ Dahun said.
