Alvaro Morata's house raided by 2 armed men with wife, children unhurt

- Alvaro Morata’s house was burgled in Madrid as while away on international duty

- The Atletico Madrid loanee’s wife, children and nanny were all present during the incident

- Morata spent half of the season on loan at the Wanda Metropolitano but could extend deal

Alvaro Morata’s home was robbed while his wife and two children were police are currently hunting the suspects.

The incident occurred on Friday , June 7, while the Atletico Madrid loanee was on international duty when Spain traveled to the Faroe Islands for a Euro 2020 qualifier.

Police told Spanish media both intruders were armed and have been understood to have got into the property via an upstairs window.

Morata’s wife Alice Campello and their twin sons Alessandro and Leonardo, were said to have been inside as well well as their nanny but none of them were harmed.

The burglars who raided the house as at 11pm took valuables including jewellery and designer wrist watches.

Morata was told about the break-in after Spain’s 4-1 away victory against the Faroe Islands.

Police were not available for comment early this morning and Morata is yet to make a statement on the incident.

Meanwhile, had earlier reported that Jan Oblak has warned Atletico Madrid that he will quit the Wanda Metropolitano if their ambition does not him.
