Anthony Joshua changes diet for rematch, regrets missing pounded yam

Following his shocking and much talked about defeat where he lost his heavyweight world titles to Andy Ruiz Jr, Anthony Joshua seems to be taking his dieting pretty seriously.

It appears heavyweight boxing legend, Nigerian-born Anthony Joshua, is getting ready for his rematch against Ruiz Jr. This is coming after 29-year-old was floored in the seventh round of his fight against Mexican pugilist Andy Ruiz at the Madison Square Garden.

He recently shared a video showing off his array of food, revealing that he is re-adjusting his diet plans ahead of the rematch.
