Nigerian international Musa has set his sights on winning a second Africa Cup of Nation (AFCON) title with the Super Eagles when the tournament kick starts in Egypt.
Musa who recently signed an endorsement deal with electronic company Syinix Limited believes the Nigeria has what it takes to go far at AFCON 2019 tournament.
Speaking to journalists in Asaba ahead of the Super Eagles pre-AFCON friendly against Zimbabwe, Musa said Nigeria will be targeting to go really far at the tournament even as he was quick to note the squad has very good strikers aside himself.
Reacting to how he felt after the fame he received following his brace in the World Cup against Iceland, Musa said: "As a player, If you allow fame get into your head, you will never grow in what you are doing. We have lot of strikers, not only Ahmed Musa. At the end of the season we had strikers that ended up with 20 goals, 17, 15 but for me, I ended up with seven goals because of the injuries. So we have a very big opportunity to go far at the Nations cup."

Meanwhile, asked how he felt after signing the dotted line for his new endorsement deal, Musa affirmed his dedication to the Syinix brand.
“I will be changing all my appliances to Syinix before the Nations Cup.” the winger said.
He added: "Syinix and I have such a shared perspective, we both believe that technology should service human being and help us lead a better life, and we all want to do our best to let more people live better. That’s why I agree to be an ambassador of this company, I hope we can do some meaningful things for our world together.”
Musa, who is the vice-captain of the Super Eagles was part of the Nigerian team that won the Nations Cup in 2013 under late Stephen Keshi.
He currently plays his club football in Saudi Arabia with Al-Nassr.
The 26-year-old played a key role for his club in the just concluded season as he helped them to win the league title a few weeks back.

With their arrival, Coach Gernot Rohr now has the full complement of the 25 invited players in camp ahead of the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Egypt.
