Sanwo-Olu swears in SSG, chief of staff, others

- Governor Sanwo-Olu of Lagos has sworn-in the newly appointed Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Folasade Jaji

- Governor Sanwo-Olu also swore-in Tayo Ayinde as the chief of staff

- Moreover, he swore-in six permanent secretaries in the areas of education, health and youth and social development

The governor of Lagos, Babjide Sanwo-Olu, on Thursday, June 6, swore in Folasade Jaji, as Secretary to the State Government (SSG) and Tayo Ayinde as the chief of staff.

Added to this, Governor Sanwo-Olu swore in Gboyega Soyannwo as deputy chief of staff and six new permanent secretaries, including Ademuyiwa Eniayewun, as the medical director of the Lagos Island maternity and Olumide Erinle as the principal of Apapa Senior High School, Education District IV, The Nation reports.

Also sworn in were Oludara Okelola as the principal, Babs Fafunwa Millenium Senior Grammar School, Education District VI and Wasiu Akewusola as the general manager of New Town Development Authority.

The rest were Yewande Falugba, director, Admin and Human Resource, Ministry of Youth and Social Development and Mustapha Osi-Efa, Director Admin and Human Resource, Ministry of Home Affairs.

Urging the new appointees to carry out their tasks with a deep sense of excellence, dignity and diligence, the governor said: “This appointment is necessary and also critical for a smooth take off of this administration which is barely one week old.

“You have been brought on board to assist the administration for effective actualisation of the visions and agenda of the APC, our state and the people.”

Earlier, reported that Sanwo-olu on Thursday, May 30, appointed Jaji, as the new secretary to the state government.
