Rihanna officially announced as the world's richest female musician, worth N184 billion

American musician, Rihanna, is the wealthiest female singer in the world. She has surpassed Beyoncé, Madonna and Celine Dion in riches. The 31-year-old's has amassed a fortune of $600 million (about N183,882,000,000 billion).

American superstar Rihanna has officially been named the world's richest female musician.

The Barbados beauty has racked up a fortune of $600 million (about N183.9 billion) with her music and various business ventures.

Rihanna has surpassed Madonna's $570 million(N174.7 billion), Celine Dion's $450 million (N137.9 billion) and Beyoncé's $400 million(N122.6 billion) to become the top-richest female muso.

Since making her music debut in 2003, Rihanna has been hard at work and it shows - she's "work, work, work, work, worked" her way to the top.

Not only does Rihanna earn moola from her tours and albums, she also has money rolling in from her makeup brand Fenty Beauty.

According to Forbes, the singer makes most of her fortune from her musical career as well as Savage X Fenty, the lingerie line she co-owns.

Legit.ng gathered that Rihanna's brand sits alongside the legends such as Louis Vuitton and Dior.

eNCA reports that despite making so much money, Rihanna is not about to stop singing. She is even hinted at releasing a reggae album.

"I never thought I'd make this much money, so a number is not going to stop me from working. Money is happening along the way, but I'm working out of what I love to do, what I'm passionate about."

Since its launch, her products were sold out online in a few minutes and her distribution deal with a beauty retailer, Ulta, also helped give her products a wider reach in their over 1,000 outlets for customers who would prefer to see and feel the products before purchasing.
