The hotel has 171 spacious rooms, with many of them overlooking the magnificent Caspian Sea.
One would part with as little as £220 per night for a basic room providing a view of the city.
However, SunSport reports the price could go as high as £850 for a plush two-bedroom suite.
The hotel also has a bar section where the Blues could party or drown their despondency after their match.
The hotel's restaurant is themed with chandeliers and marble floors to give a classy feel.
Meanwhile, the Blues will be keen to lift the European silverware after enduring a difficult campaign in the just concluded 2018/19 season.
