A Nigerian man identified as @reitchy on Twitter taunted Nigerians in a recent post which he shared on the mini-blogging platform. He made a comment about how many people say the name of Jesus at the slightest provocation.
On a sarcastic note, he said that Nigerians are the highest consumers of the blood of Jesus. This statement of his might have been sparked off by a recent incident that happened in Port Harcourt.
As it happened, a group of SS 2 students in a school brought tear gas to school with the purpose of scaring those in SS 3. The targeted victims thought it was bomb so they ran helter-skelter.
Many of them including the lady who filmed the mayhem that went down kept shouting blood of Jesus. It is against this background that @reitchy made his statement.

Recently, Nollywood actor Yul Edochie blasted comedians who made a joke out of the name of Jesus. According to him, it was not right to ridicule the last moments of someone considered to be the Messiah in a religion.
