Eden Hazard has been voted as the PFA Fans Player of the season after remarkable campaign in the Premier League with Chelsea.
The Belgium international scored a total of 16 goals and provided 15 assists at the just concluded 2018-19 Premier League season.
Hazard was inspirational in the Blues Premier League top-four finish after coming third in the overall standings behind runners-up Liverpool and run away champions Manchester City.
The 28-year-old also helped Maurizio Sarri's side qualify into the Europa League finals and are set to slug it out with London rivals Arsenal in Baku, Azerbaijan.

Hazard is poised for a move to join Spanish giants Real Madrid for a reported £100million fee with just a year left in his contract at Stamford Bridge.
Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that Joe Cole has revealed he would only pay to watch Chelsea's Eden Hazard and Barcelona's Lionel Messi.
The former Chelsea midfielder had a loan spell with Lille in the 2011-12 where he featured alongside Hazard before the Belgian became a world class player.
