Kylian Mbappe ensures PSG make Ligue 1 history despite defeat against Reims

France international Kylian Mbappe was in superb form on Friday night, May 24, as his goal for Paris-Saint-Germain against Reims ensured the club make history in Ligue 1.

Kylian Mbappe's 59th minute goal was not enough to save Paris-Saint-Germain from a 3-1 defeat against Reims in the final game of the season.

But his goal meant that Paris-Saint-Germain had become the first team to score in each of their 38 matches in France's top flight.

Mbappe who won the 2018 World Cup title with France however comfortably ended the 2018-19 campaign as Ligue 1’s top scorer with 33 goals.
