- Vincente Del Bosque says he prefers to sign Kylian Mbappe ahead of Neymar
- The ex-Real Madrid boss believes the Frenchman has more mental capacity
- Del Bosque won the 2010 World Cup with Spain and the 2002 UCL with Madrid
Ex-Real Madrid boss Vicente Del Bosque has said that he would prefer to sign Kylian Mbappe ahead of Neymar.
The 2010 World Cup winning coach with Spain believes the France international has more to the mental side and maturity of his game.
Both Paris Saint-Germain has been linked with moves to Real Madrid, but Del Bosque who won the Champions League in 2002, says he will only sign one player if both were available.
"I'd sign Mbappe because he seems more sensible [than Neymar]," Del Bosque said to Radio MARCA and Cope's El Partidazo.
"Neymar even imitates children throwing himself around."
The 68-year-old acknowledges Real Madrid had a bad season but remains confident Zinedine Zidane still has strong players in his squad.
"They've an excellent group but the results didn't come," he explained.
"Changing a coach twice is one of the worst things that can happen to a club."All three knew Madrid, but things happened.
"The Copa del Rey final will be contested between Valencia and Barcelona on Saturday, and the former Spain coach is expecting an exciting game.
"A flourishing team like Valencia will play a team who have declined since losing to Liverpool," he said.
"Barcelona have many injuries, but they do have the Lionel Messi factor, which is extraordinary."
Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that Toni Kroos has been rewarded with an additional four-year deal with Real Madrid as his contract is now expected to end in the summer of 2023.
