Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich are reportedly planning to lure fast-rising Arsenal youngster of Nigerian descent Xavier Amaechi to the Allianz Arena this summer.
The 18-year-old attacker has been impressive with the Gunners U23 under the watch of club legend Freddie Ljungberg this recently concluded season.
Amaechi, who is a product of Hale Academy, is a left-footed player with lots of pace and dribbling skills that could leave defenders hanging.
SunSport however reports that the German League giants have already made the teenage sensation one of their priority signings during this transfer window.
Meanwhile, his Premier League clubs are also said to have noticed his astronomical rise in recent times and they are willing to offer him a long term deal to remain at the club.
Tyreece John-Jules is another youngster the north Londoners are planning to extend their stay at the Emirates Stadium.
Having learned from Arsenal legend for the youngster said that: “I feel I have learnt a lot this year,"
"Freddie is teaching me a lot about the tactical part of being a winger. I am happy playing on either wing and I’m comfortable showing with my left or right foot.
“When I first started playing for the U23s it was harder to get past defenders at first but I found that I had to use my brain a bit more to find different ways to get into danger areas and set up other players to get my own shots off.
“My spatial awareness is so much better now, I am good at one on ones and the fact I can play wither way and use bot left and right feet hers keep defenders guessing.”
Amaechi signed his first professional contract with the Gunners in January 2018, having joined the club since age 12.
And Unai Emery clearly sees him as one for the future, allowing the prodigy to train with the first team as often as possible.
"It’s quite surreal playing training games alongside players that I normally only play with on Fifa,” Amaechi told the Arsenal match-day programe.
"I learn as much as I can and at the same time try to show that I’m confident, as it’s an opportunity to show the coaches what I can do so that I can at some time feature in their plans when an opportunity arises."
Amaechi's contract expires on June 30, 2020, and there will no doubt be suitors attracted to his qualities.

The winger celebrated his 17th birthday in great fashion on Saturday, January 6 putting pen to paper on a deal that could tie him to the Gunners for up to four years.
Amaechi joined the North London club in August 2013 at the age of 12 and has made swift progress through the ranks.
