Spanish giants Real Madrid on Sunday, May 12, suffered an embarrassing 3-1 defeat against Real Sociedad in La Liga game with one encounter to end the season.

Things turned sour for Real Madrid in the 39th minute when Jesus Vallejo was red carded after a bad tackle on Merino.

Joseba Zaldua netted the second goal for Real Sociedad in the 57th minute after receiving a pass from Ruben Pardo before Ander scored the winner in the 67th minute for the hosts.

Earlier, had reported how Spanish giants Real Madrid reportedly began house hunting for Chelsea star Eden Hazard as they are confident of signing the Belgian this summer in a mega deal.

Since the return of Zinedine Zidane to Real Madrid, the Frenchman is said to be so interested in luring Eden Hazard to the Bernabeu for him to be part of his squad for next season.
