Arsenal forward Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has been voted UEFA Europa League player of the week after his hat-trick heroics against Valencia in the reserve fixture of their semi-final clash.
The Gabonese forward was the Gunners hero, netting three of Arsenal's four goals of the night, the other coming from French forward Alexandre Lacazette.
The Gabonese superstar showed power, pace, strength, technique and temperament during the encounter to pen his name in Arsenal’s record books.
Interestingly, Aubameyang simply had his best game of his Arsenal career with his performance as the Gunners progressed to the Europa League final, courtesy of a 7-3 aggregate win over Spanish side Valencia.
Arsenal went into the second leg with a 3-1 advantage, and looked confident despite Valencia’s early goal.
