Ever since it became public knowledge that Nollywood actress, Regina Daniels, is "hooked" with Nigerian billionaire, Ned Nwoko, everyone has thought to share their opinion.
Even celebrities that will rather mind their business have been seen posting comments on social media with some in support of her tying the knot with a 59-year-old man and others crucifying her for 'throwing her life away.'
Just recently, Legit.ng carried out a poll in which readers were asked how they feel about the alleged marriage between Ned and Regina. Surprisingly, majority are in support of the young girl who they believe is living her life on her own terms.
However, some others condemned it and stated that the fact that she considered the marriage because money is the major driver says a lot about the kind of person she is. At the end of the day, some other people are of the opinion that the union, true or not, is no one's business and everyone is free to do whatever makes them happy.
Below are some reactions:
Regina has the right to marry whoever she pleases.
Not all that glitters is gold, according to Omotosho.
Would she have married him if he had no money?
When it comes to marriage, age may be just a number.
Ayodeji says there's nothing wrong in marrying an older man.
It's Regina's choice.
Regina's mother should be blamed for giving out her young daughter.
All that matters is her happiness.
Meanwhile, for whatever reason, Nollywood actress, Georgina Onuoha, reportedly received lots of DMs and messages from people who wanted her to weigh in on Regina Daniel's alleged marriage to Ned Nwoko.
After being constantly disturbed by fans, Georgina finally decided to say her mind. First off, she warned Nigerians against pestering her as she has nothing to do with her colleague, Regina. Georgina then went on to make a case for the young lady by saying that whatever she did was her choice to make and no one else's.
