Tambuwal’s aide threatens to sue those peddling lies against governor on social media

- Governor Aminu Tambuwal’s senior special assistant on social media, Yusuf Dongyadi, had threatened to sue those peddling lies against his boss

- Dingyadi said if the mischief makers don’t desist from such action, they will soon start taking some of them to court

- According to the aide, the individuals had been encouraged to go for high levels of propaganda and mischief because the governor has tolerated their bashing and insults

Yusuf Dingyadi, the senior special assistant on special duties to the governor of Sokoto, Aminu Tambuwal, has threatened to sue those peddling lies against the latter.

Dingyadi made the threat in Kaduna on Sunday, April 28, Daily Trust reports.

Legit.ng gathers that Dingyadi said if those peddling lies against the governor don’t desist from such action, they will soon start taking some of them to court.

He said as a peaceful state, Sokoto won’t allow propagandists destroy its peaceful co-existence established over the years. ‎

He said: “Governor Tambuwal has been able to tolerate their bashing and insults; that has encouraged them to go for the high level of propaganda and mischief against his personality and his office as the governor.”

Meanwhile, Legit.ng previously reported that the senior special assistant to the Sokoto governor, Aminu Tambuwal, on special duties, Yusuf Dingyadi, appealed to the people of the state to pray for the success of the incoming administration.

In a statement issued in Sokoto, Dingyadi also called for peaceful coexistence, respect for each other and tolerance of all political views.

The governor’s aide assured that Tambuwal’s second tenure would usher in more development than what has been recorded in the last four years.
