Abiodun will complete all projects initiated by Amosun - APC chieftain

- The APC chieftain also gave assurance that Abiodun will complete all the projects initiated by the outgoing government

Hon Abiodun Akinlade, a former member of the House of Representatives, has assured the people of Ogun West senatorial district that the incoming administration in the state would not disappoint them in area of development.

According to Nigerian Tribune, Akinlade who is a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) gave the assurance on Thursday, April 25, during the commissioning and handing over of a modern hall facilitated by him for Ijofin community in Yewa South local government area.

He said the Ogun governor-elect, Prince Dapo Abiodun, will make a meaningful impact on the lives of the people in the district once his administration starts on May 29.

Akinlade who represented Yewa South /Ipokia Federal constituency for three-term of 12 years promised that all the projects initiated by the outgoing administration in the state would be completed in due course.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng previously reported that APC accused the outgoing governor of Ogun, Ibikunle Amosun, of engaging in last-minute sales and auctioning of government properties and award of contracts.

The party in Ogun state made the allegations in a statement in which it further accused the governor of engaging in secret recruitment into the civil service.

The party’s statement released by Tunde Oladunjoye, its publicity secretary in the state, added that the governor was doing these to create a challenge for the incoming governor.
