Eden Hazard told by Chelsea he can join Real Madrid if they pay £100m

- Eden Hazard has been reportedly told by Chelsea to leave if Real Madrid can pay £100m

- The 28-year-old has been heavily linked to the Spanish giants for months

- Real has reportedly offered to pay the Belgian a whopping £400,000-a-week

Eden Hazard has been given a condition by Chelsea to join Real Madrid if the Spanish giants meet their £100million asking price.

The Premier League side will not stand in the way of the Belgian who was surprisingly snubbed in the PFA Team of the Year for the second consecutive season.

Hazard has refused to sign an extension at Stamford Bridge and it is widely expected that the 28-year-old will leave in the summer.

Zinedine Zidane has made Hazard one of his priority signings in the summer as he looks to find a formidable replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo.

According to The Sun, Chelsea have told Hazard’s representatives that he can only leave if Real can meet their £100m price tag.

That would make Hazard Real’s club-record signing and the Spanish giants are prepared to spend the money with just a little over a year left in his contract.

On the other hand, Los Blancos have already prepared a bumper contract offer for Hazard worth a staggering £400,000-a-week after tax which Chelsea are unable to match.

It is understood that the deal will also see him earn around £15m in bonuses, while plans are already underway to look for a luxury house to help Hazard settle in the Spanish capital.

Hazard has enjoyed his best campaign in the league this season despite Chelsea’s struggles, scoring 16 goals and providing 13 assists.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that Eden Hazard has been snubbed in the PFA Team of the Year but Paul Pogba made the starting XI in the list dominated by Liverpool and Man City players.

The stars in the team were nominated by players in the Premier League with four Liverpool stars making the cut, including Virgil van Dijk who has won the PFA Players’ Player of the Year ahead of Raheem Sterling.
