Mohamed Salah has been named among the top 100 most influential people in the world in 2019 by Times magazine.
The Liverpool star who is just in his second season in the English Premier League, has won the hearts of many fans around the world.
The current PFA Footballer of the Year 2018 is also in the race for another award in 2019, and he is joint-top goalscorer in the league with Sergio Aguero, notching 19 each.
But popular English writer John Oliver has a different view about the Egyptian, claiming he is more of a better person than a football star.

The 26-year-old will be on parade for Jurgen Klopp side as they will be looking to seal their place in the Champions League semi finals against FC porto.
