Ashley Young has been a subject of racial abuse from fans after their Champions League exit at the hands of Barcelona.
The 33-year-old received degrading words on social media, leading to Kick It Out to call for action.
United lost 3-0 to Barca at the Nou Camp last night as they crashed out of the quarter-finals, with the Red Devils' captain taking the blame for the defeat.
One disgusting tweet from a United read: "Ashley Young get out of my f****** club you n*****."
While another said: "White Man United supporters have the right to call Ashley Young a n***** I don't give a flying f***."
A statement from Kick It Out on Twitter said: "Yet another black player, this time Ashley Young, targeted with racist abuse on social media after tonight’s Champions League game.
"Again, we’re left asking Twitter the same question - when will you take serious action to tackle the rampant discrimination on your platform."

Young is not the only player that has been recently abused, with Arsenal investigating reports that Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly was targeted at the Emirates last week.
While Watford captain Troy Deeney had to turn comments off his Instagram page after being abused by supporters following their FA Cup semi-final win against Wolves.
Chelsea supporters recently sang vile songs about Liverpool's Mohamed Salah and were also spotted on camera earlier in the season, tongue-lashing Raheem Sterling.
A Newcastle fan on Twitter called Wilfred Zaha a "diving monkey" after Crystal Palace 1-o win over the Magpies at St James' Park.
Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that Manchester United stars arrived back home following their Champions League 3-0 loss suffered at the hands of Barcelona.
