LIVE: Juventus 1-2 Ajax FT

Italian champions Juventus have been sent out of the 2018/19 Champions League after losing 1-2 against Ajax in the second leg of their quarterfinal clash on Tuesday night, April 16.

The first leg ended 1-1 in Holland with the Italian club having the advantage of playing in front of their fans for the second leg, but they lost.

Cristiano Ronaldo scored the first goal in the 28th minute after benefiting from an assist by Miralem Pjanic.

But Ajax restored parity in the 34th minute through Donny Beek who was assisted by Hakim Ziyech.

Matthijs de Ligt scored the winner for Ajax in the 67th minute as the Dutch club qualified for the semifinal on 3-2 aggregate.

Mazraoui limps off

Mazraoui has limped off the pitch to receive treatment after suffering a painful-looking twist, but he makes a return to the pitch just a minute later
