Barcelona are willing to submit a massive £100million bid for Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford
The Catalan giants who had a 1-0 first leg quarter final Champions League win over United at Old Trafford, have identified the Englishman as their top summer transfer target.
Rashford's whose current deal at the Theatre of Dreams will expire in the next 12 months with an option to extend for further one year, is yet to agree a new contract despite negotiations over several months.
The Spanish champions are hoping the 21-year-old and United will not reach an agreement so that they can take advantage of the arch rivals Real Madrid who are also interested in the star.
United however, has offered the England international a deal worth up to £300,000-a-week to keep him away from suitors as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, seeing him as a key part of his future plans.
Barca will not be discouraged as they are set to offload one of their big names, likely Philippe Coutinho to fund their spending in the summer.

Solskajer returns to the Camp Nou, the place he scored a Champions League winner for Man United against Bayern Munich in the final as a player in 1999.
When asked how it would feel to go back, he said: "Many emotions, it’s a fantastic memory for me. The last time I was on the pitch was the only time.
"I brought my son to watch El Clasico in 2016 and I was here 10 days ago to watch them. I don’t look back on that night too often, I’m just looking forward to seeing if we can play better against Barcelona ."
Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that Marcus Rashford is close to signing a new contract worth £300,000-per-week at Manchester United, reports claim.
The 21-year-old's current deal at Old Trafford is set to end next season and Spanish heavyweights Barcelona and Real Madrid are understood to be in the race.
