- Marco Verratti has claimed that Man United's victory against PSG was out of luck
- The Red Devils side defeated the French club 3-1 to qualify with the away-goal rule
- Verratti added that PSG would beat Man United nine of ten times when they meet
Marco Verratti has insisted that Manchester United's sensational comeback win against Paris Saint-Germain in the round of 16 was out of luck.
United overturned a two-goal deficit in the first at Old Trafford with a 3-1 win at the Parc des Princes to advance into the quarter finals.
But Verratti was not impressed and claimed that his side would have won nine times out of ten.
Verratti told Telefoot: "Maybe I'm more frustrated than others, but football is like that. We can't have everything.
"The fans are disappointed by the elimination. I'm confident in this team. This match, if we played it 10 times, we would win nine. We must not change much. We have a great coach and some of the best players in the world with Neymar and Kylian (Mbappe)."
Despite PSG's disappointing campaign in the elite competition, the French side are on course to winning another Ligue 1 title as they are 20 points clear of their closest challengers Lille.
