Manchester United fans are calling on the club's boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to sign Benfica prodigy Joao Felix after his remarkable display in the Europa League.

The 19-year-old Portuguese sensation has been linked with a move to Old Trafford but he is also being monitored by other top European heavyweights when the summer transfer window opens.

Scouts across Europe were in attendance to watch Felix play for Benfica in their first leg Europa League quarter final game against Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt.

And he did not disappoint with an exceptional display against the German side, scoring a hat-trick in Benfica's 4-2 in Lisbon.

United fans who saw Felix's game commented on Twitter and asked Solskajer to sign the teenager during the summer window.

One supporter wrote: "Sign him up Man Utd. Joao Felix is the name!", while another added: "We've got to sign Joao Felix. Kid is class."
