- Eden Hazard has come to Maurizio Sarri's defence despite criticisms from Chelsea fans
- The Belgium international insisted that he is in support of Sarri's 'Sarri-ball' philosophy
- Hazard has been in exceptional form for the Blues as he recently scored brace against West Ham
Eden Hazard has thrown his weight behind embattled Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri, saying that they both think about football the same way.
The 28-year-old had a dominant display in the Blues 2-0 win over West Ham taking the west London side to third on the Premier League table.
Sarri has come under fire from some Chelsea fans as he implements his 'Sarri-ball' philosophy in his debut season at Stamford Bridge.
But Hazard said: "It's easy to understand each other."
However, some sections of Chelsea faithfuls have vented their frustrations at the ex-Napoli boss this season, chanting "we want Sarri out" and "you don't know what you're doing" during game against Cardiff in March.
The 60-year-old has labeled his players as "mental block" and "mental limit" after damaging defeats.
But Hazard is of a different opinion, saying that he appreciates the Italian tactician who brought a different style of play to the club different from Antonio Conte and Jose Mourinho, who both won trophies.

"I think he is a fantastic manager. After Conte it was not easy," Hazard added.
"He came here with his own ideas to play football and I think we have done quite well. It's not simple to play the football he wants to play but I think now we have started to understand.
"We are working a lot because this manager is different to Conte, he's different to Mourinho.
"It's not easy to change everything but I think we have showed in the past two or three weeks that we have adapted well, and now we want to finish the season well."
Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that Chelsea defeated Sparta Prague 1-0 in their first leg Europa League quarter final match in the Czech Republic.
The goal was scored by Marcos Alonso four minutes from time courtesy of a Willian assist.
