A popular figure in the global social media space and CEO of popular micro-blogging platform Twitter was recently a part of the Ben Greenfield Fitness: Diet, Fat Loss and Perfomance podcast and he revealed some of the habits that helps him remain performant and clear.
In a report compiled by CNBC, it was gathered that the Twitter CEO disclosed 11 wellness habits that includes meditation, staying away from food all weekend and taking ice baths.
According to the report, the biggest impact to his health among these wellness habits as revealed to Greenfield is meditation, which he has been practicing for a total of 20 years.
Dorsey made it known that he aims to meditate for two hours in a day which is divided between one hour in the morning and another at night. He, however, noted that sometimes if all the time he can manage is just about 10 minutes that is what he goes for.

In addition to meditation, the social media mogul also mentioned walking as one of his wellness habits. The report notes Dorsey said he has walked for two years, come rain or shine, from his home to his office for a period of one hour and 15 minutes.
7 minutes daily workouts and taking sauna and ice baths also feature in the list. The Twitter boss disclosed that he does not have a personal trainer and he only does his workout using a fitness app known as Seven. For his sauna and ice baths, he sits in his barrel sauna for 15 minutes and takes an ice bath for another three minutes.
On his diet plan, he revealed that he only eats once daily in every week. Dorsey said he eats dinner which sometimes falls between the hours of 6:30pm and 9pm. The report notes that the Twitter boss said the first few days of eating once were difficult, but he noticed changes.
Fasting all weekend is another wellness habit of Jack Dorsey. He explained that he does not have any meal on Friday and Saturday, until Sunday, when he takes his meal in the evening. In addition to this, he revealed that he intends to go on an extended fast where he only drinks water.
Some of his other wellness habits that were compiled includes, taking supplements, tracking his sleep and journaling.
