Ajax and Juventus battled to a 1-1 draw in their Champions League quarter-final clash in the first leg clash on Wednesday, April 10, at the Johan Cruijff ArenA.

In the 60th minute, Douglas Costa replaced Mario Mandzukic, with Ronaldo moving to the central striker’s role for the remaining minutes of the contest.
But with 15 minutes left on the clock, Matuidi suffered an injury and was substituted, by Paulo Dybala.
And with minutes to go, Costa came close to netting the winner after a break into the penalty box, but his low strike could only hit the far post before the referee’s final whistle sounded.
The reverse fixture will hold in Turin on Tuesday, April 16, at Allianz Arena.
