Man claims an airline flew them halfway and put them in a bus to continue their journey

Airlines have a responsibility to take passengers from one airport to another located in passengers' choice of destination. Passengers pay for comfort, timeliness and safety to get from one place to another.

Once this agreement is broken passengers loose the comfort, timeliness and safety promised by any airline.

A Nigerian airline has been accused of breaking this agreement by flying passengers halfway. A Nigerian man took to social media to alleged that a particular airline had flown passengers to a different location than what was promised to them when they paid.

The man, who narrated his experience as a passenger on one of the aircrafts owned by the airline, claimed that instead of flying them all the way to Warri from Abuja, the airline took them to Benin.

According to the man identified as Victory, the airline took them to a bus that drove them to their destination.

He said: "Imagine paying for flight from Abuja to Warri only for Aero Contractors to drop you at Benin airport then put you in a car to Warri Nigeria my country ."

However, Victory did not reveal what led the airline to act the way they did, he also did not say if the airline paid for the bus fare.

You may like to know that airlines stop halfway when it is discovered that the airplane has developed fault.
