President Muhammadu Buhari has been described as an asset to the world by his aide, Lauretta Onochie.

Onochie, personal assistant to the president on new media, made the assertion on her Facebook page on Friday, April 5.

She is currently part of the delegation of the president to Jordan, where Buhari was invited to speak at the opening of this year's World Economic Forum on the Middle East and North Africa.

According to her, “in Jordan, we are treated with great respects because we are Buhari's people, we are Nigerians.”

“Although we are neither Arabs nor North Africans, President Buhari has been invited to speak at the opening of this year's World Economic Forum on the Middle East and North Africa.

“I have a feeling that the world will be increasingly, sharing our president with us. They know he is an asset to the world. Thank God he's ours and we know too, that he's an asset,” she added.

She also hailed the president for, “going about the business of delivering governance and not looking tired at all.”

“Seeing the energy with which he majestically rushed down the stairs from the plane late last night, I thanked God who gives all things, including health,” she concluded.

Meanwhile, a Civil Society Organisation, Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung, through its Open-Minds Young-Voices Network, have kick-started a project termed 'ManifesTrack.'

This was revealed at a one-day workshop on Wednesday, March 20 with the media and CSOs on monitoring and tracking of campaign promises in Nigeria.
